Public Mobile doesn't have an e-mail address for you to contact. The chatbot ticketing and private messagaging methods mentioned are the ways that you would contact them, but there's no e-mail.

@Yummy Hmm...agreed that for anyone posting within a few minutes (4 or 5 perhaps) of each other from the time of OP's question, then the difference can be attributed to some who can type faster or are using a prepared template. However, posting only duplicate info 10+ minutes later doesn't help the OP, unless the post contains additional advice or suggestions for the OP.
Sorry, but I stand by my previous post you are referring to, no offence, though!

Don't you think it is a matter of timing when posts are posted? Not everybody types like crazy just to be first and solicit Bravo or Solution...

Or by sending a private message to CS_Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Their response will appear in the message box top right next to your avatar. You can also share some details of your problem and someone from the community (fellow customers) maybe able to offer suggestions/advice much quicker than waiting for a response from CSA's.

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
