In July, my wife and I, both PM customers, each bought US roaming add-ons. We arrived in California on July 14th only to find that voice, text and data did not work on either of our phones. We need to receive refunds for service paid for but not delivered. I have raised this issue before with no response. How can we get attention to this issue?

@jonathanbaylis sorry to hear it. But yes, US roaming is having its issues.
