I believe sice there is an available funds balance the issue is taht the orriginal poster was given the wrong plan similar to the issue severals month back, wereh people would sign up fr a new account but be given a 10 day plan with no features. As mentioned above send the modes yoru info and the plan you wanted and they will fix it up.

As the person under me has said, when you changed your account did you specify an imediate change or a change after your month has been done?

With your account change, did you future date the change or request an immediate change forfeiting you days and dollars on your 30 day plan?
