Does anyone else find this mundane

So I get prompted to pay my bill

but the plan is “active”

no amount due. 

Wtf

so I add my funds like every painful holiday with publicmobile (paying a bill really shouldn’t be this hard)

 

but it I have no amount due 

and my plan is active till January 30, 2018

 

are you pemployees on drugs

 

so here I wait like some chump. aFTER they have taken my money. No phone 

 

usually its no cheque no laundry

here is cheque no nothing

Well, while I can understand that you might be frustrated, the way you post here doesn't really help solving your problem(s) with this service.

 

As mentioned in my other post, this is the way PM's support structure works, if you need more / different ways of customer service you should look into paying more for that service with another provider.

 

As for your problems, just in case you missed it in my previous reply:

Why don't you just register for auto pay. this is so much easier and i always check my monthly transaction from my credit card and i never see a payment from them until the third month as my plan in for 90 days.
