I purchaced 4 vouchers this morning total $140 (3x$40+1x$20), for my wife and I accounts.
Unable to get vouchers to registar online, I was able to get one $40 voucher to accept on wifes account via 611, but not my account, payment due on Feb 27.
what to do?

to all:I have tried all Pin and voucher numbers again, via email and 611. no Luck. I have been doing vouchers for well over a year never any issues

@ish346, from my experience, when adding a voucher via self-serve, you need to enter the 12-digit PIN from your payment voucher even though self-serve asks you to enter the payment voucher number (as seen below).

i would double check the voucher codes. there's a bunch of different codes on the vouchers and I had input the wrong ones before.

Try once more after clearing your browser's cache. If it fails don't wait any longer but click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, the voucher codes, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET)

@ish346 Are you entering the correct 12 digit voucher code? What error are you getting on your self-serve account or when you enter via 611?
