I recently changed my subscription and now my 'youmail' voice to text doesn't work.  Do I need to turn off voicemail and set up call forwarding again?  How do I do this?

yes, Conditional forwarding has ben broken for many months.  While some said support agent can help if the account is VoLTE enabled, I haven't got any confirmation yet if that is true.  But you can try your luck with CS agent.
