Is anyone else concerned that public mobile actually retains private information although they say they delete it when you close your account?  I was told that all my data would be deleted when my account was closed but the fact that I can login here...

I recently changed my subscription and now my 'youmail' voice to text doesn't work.  Do I need to turn off voicemail and set up call forwarding again?  How do I do this?
