i would like to add a credit card to my account but i forgot my username and password for my account

PM self-serve account is your email address.
Have you change your email address during last 10 years?
If not, use your email address as username. In order to the Forgot your password? link on the login page, you need the answer to your security question.

Just use your email to get your user. Your login for the phone account is different than the community, which has to be an actual user, not your email. Your phone account is your email.

@Meeyava U=your email and as mentioned use the reset password option. If you are still having issues submit a ticket to PM and be prepared to verify your account info.

@Meeyava You'll need to contact moderators for help.
Click on https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ to get started to submit a ticket to moderators. Enter your question into SIMon. Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
Oh since you can't logon your account, you'll likely have trouble submitting a ticket. In this case, you should send a private message to them directly here

Your username is the email you setup your account. Try using the forgot password link to reset it.

I think there is a forgot password button under the sign in page that could help you with that.
if I’m wrong about that then you would need to contact mods
