My media usage has not been very different from before but I am getting warnings that I am suing up to 75% of my plan.
I am wondering if it is possible for someone to tap into my plan and use it from another source.
@kaostream - sure it is possible for your sim card to get sim-jacked, but let's not hope this is the case.
If all your services are working, that is a good thing.
Log into your My Account and ensure your sim card in your phone matches your sim card number listed here, just to be sure this is not a sim-jacking:
If you are still concerned about unknown numbers showing in your usage history (as I would be too) inquire further with CSA.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

It sounds like it is Spam where the numbers calling you are spoofed.
If you are on the $15 plan, all incoming calls are unlimited so the calls will not be deducted from your plan.
Just ignore them.

If the numbers are found on the list in this page, no worry, they are just voicemail numbers:

All but the $15 plan have Unlimited Canada wide calling...so there's no added costs ever.
If you've been checking your voice mailbox...that's likely the culprit.
