My plan was supposed to switch to 4g upon renewal but it did not it just renewed my previous plan

This situation was not solved I was just charged on top of the renewal! This is ridiculous

Neg. When you changed your plan, you were given option to Change plan now OR Change on next renewal date. If you selected Change on next renewal...it should have change by now, if renewal was 3 days ago.
I suggest you go to top of this page and click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond..

@sidkeogh Yes, the speed upgrade should be done within 48 hours. You can try the speed test again every 12 hours to see if the new speed is there. (just a friend reminder, speed test could take quite some data)

So I signed up for it to change when my plan renewed 3 days ago and today in my account the active plan showing for the next month is my old plan. Are you saying this will change ?

Please allow up to 48 hours after your plan change for it to reflect the 4G.
Did you opt to Change my plan now or Change at next renewal ?
