This situation was not solved I was just charged on top of the renewal! This is ridiculous 

My whole plan was supposed to change but it has not this is the issue not the speed 

So I signed up for it to change when my plan renewed 3 days ago and today in my account the active plan showing for the next month is my old plan. Are you saying this will change ?
