How does it work if I change my subscription? Will it be effective immediately?

You have two choices if you change subscription:

1. Change immediately

2. Change at next renewal.

We usually recommend at next renewal since Public mobile does not pro-rate plans or offer refunds.

@guobeiwu1 - If you use Change Now or CS_Agent, it will change immediately with no refunds of your previous unused month.

On My Account, there is a option called "Change on Renewal" where it will take place once your plan expires (Your renewal date)
