Use computer. Use clean browser, incognito mode, clear cookies. Something might be off with your computer/phone as I have NO issues accessing my account at any time I wish.

@dial Do you see option says “didn’t get code “ tap it you should get option to send code to email instead to log in . Also you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load *611 to resume services right away and worry about the rest later . If you still can’t log in get support to help you
