In the meantime if you know your 4 digit account PIN # you can call 611 from your phone or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number and follow the prompts to enter your account PIN # to make a payment from your payment card on file. If you do not know your 4 digit account PIN # you can make a payment via 611 with a pm voucher.
