unlimited international texting

If my plan has unlimited international texting, is it free for me to text to someone in China that has Canada roaming and unlimited international texting?

if the person in China has a Public Mobile number, he won't receive your message. If he/She/It is on Whatsapp, you'll be able to talk / text using Whatsapp.

If they are using a number from China, make sure you enter the number correctly with full country code, area code etc.

yes, you can text your friends and family in China free.  Just enter the number correctly
