Need phone# to have Apple ID. can't download app without Apple ID. help me please. what to do?

Download the app using someone else's device, then activate on their device, then uninstall the app from their device.

@A-Gracia - You do not need a phone number to create an iCloud / Apple ID account. Just either use an existing Email address or create an (@iCloud.com) email to begin. No need to use phone #

Edit: Use Textnow.com if it works (May ask you to use App Store but there is online version of app.)
