unblocking phone number

My phone shows up as anonymous. I've tried unblocking on my phone and it does not change. what can be done. Also not having a way to contact public mobile except through a bot and sending a private message with no options of who to send the message to is not good service.

you sure you didn't hide your caller id yourself?

try these:

1. If Android, On Homescreen go to Apps > Settings > My Device.
   Open Call > Call Settings > Additional settings > Caller ID.
   Select "Hide number".
2.  dial #31# to unhide your caller id
3. Try your PM sim card in another phone

Hello. Yes I show up as private number even though I am a contact in their address book. How do I adjust this

Are you saying that when you call others … that they see you, the caller, as anonymous?

Do they see your number and anonymous?

Ask who you are calling to put your name and number in their contact list.
