Do you have family members on PM with your registered CC?
If their data is running out. PM will send them a text asking if they want more data Add-on.

What was the charge or addon "purchased". If it was not something you purchased, contacting a CS Agent to have a credit to your account. Just know, if you used any of that addon, they will not credit you.

what add-on they charged? you sure not just a renewal? The wordings sometimes are confusing , maybe post a screenshot for Us
but , if you want PM to check, open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
