unable to submit ticket regarding not receiving points for refer a friend

I cannot submit a ticket and get either error updating profile or error 404. 

In april i referred a friend using a code. I never received a confirmation and have still not received the 1 point per month reward.  How do i contact someone to get my points?

Thank you everyone. I sent a CS Agent a message using the link. They investigated and found out that we never redeemed the refer a friend code. we thought we had entered it properly but i do recall we were having issues activating my daughters phone. All Good now! the CS Agent took care of our issue promptly.

@mpetro1  Thing is if you referred a friend it’s your friend you need to submit ticket to inquire . They won’t help you . Or we would all be contacting them and say add my code to this number and that number . So the only way to get to the bottom of it is have your fiend contact support. . And ask your fiend did they got the $10 credit . And note ohs and zeros look similar and can affect entering the code . Why’s it’s best to copy and paste it

it was back in april. pretty sure we used right code but i never got a confirmation. i have submitted a message to CS agent now

@mpetro1  You have to get your friend to submit ticket with support to ensure the code was entered correctly . Did your fiend get the $10 credit ?
