Hey I just created an account and I am unable to set up a line i paid for the plan already

Does your phone have access to the play store for android or app store for apple phones?  Here are the links if that helps.

If you are running an android, you can download the Public Mobile app using this link and sideloading the apk.  I am not knowledgeable with sideloading apps on apple.

Are you visiting people you know? If so then you could use their phone to setup the account.

Your phone's app store has set to Canada to download PM app. But since you just come for vacation, you won't change country just for that.

are you on Android? and you know how to sideload apps?

yes, that is trouble, you will need app store set to Canada to download

but you paid already ?  If you got to payment steps and paid, I heard support can help.  Try to talk to them.  Tell them you have the login created, paid, and ask them to pick a number for you to complete it

@kevinm800 , activation must be completed using the app.  Your activation unfortunately incomplete at the moment.  Any reason why you cannot download the app on your phone?

did you use the app for activation? you need to use the app to complete activation.  

If you started with browser, after payment step, you need to download PM app on your phone to complete activation

And give us more information, like what error and which step you are
