Roaming outside US and Canada

My family is traveling to Asia Pacific next month, we have 3 public Mobile line, anyone knows if I can still receive SMS abroad?

you will not have any Public Mobile service of any type once you leave Canada for Asia.  It will only raom in US with correct add-on or US / Cdn plan....no where else will work.
