I can not make a phone call or receive one for a week. i do not have outstanding on the pay balance, my account is active. I still have 98min unused. It made a lots of inconvenience for my daily routine. can someone help with it. Thanks.

just to make sure you still have some calling minutes..log in on your laptop and try this...

if you find you've run outta minutes, you can either wait until next renewal when you get another 100 minutes. OR get the $5 / 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on. OR upgrade to plan with unlimited Canada wide calling mins.

Look like you could be be impacted by the VoLTE enablement.
Try this first, power down the phone for 5 mins and power up again and test
if still nothing work, open ticket with PM support and they can refresh your account and resolve the issue
