@NS17 You should contact Mods they’ll solve it immediately. I got that issue before with province-wide talk plan & contacted Mods they’re really nice just add an international add-on 400mins for me without any charge.

You are 100% sure you have talk time? It's not just a data plan?
What is your area code, and what are one of the area codes you trying to call? So you have never been able to make a call to anything? If you call yourself what does it do?
Have you tried removing your sim card and waiting a few minutes with no battery and putting it back in?
What happens if you hold the number 1 on your touchpad does it go to voicemail?
It sounds like you might need to talk to @CS_Agent but still let me know

I assume this is a new activation? If the call is not going through please contact the mods using private message they will be able to fix the issue in your account.
