I am not able to access account due it being locked for days and I get same answer, please try again in one hour . I would like to change my email

OK. So the deal is, this website is known to have cache issues. Try this. Wait 2 hours. Then open your browser settings, clear your entire cache history and cookies. Then restart your browser and go into incognito mode or private mode depending on your browser. Then sign back in. You should be good to go.
