trying unsuccessfully to change to a new subscription plan

hello im currently on the $29/month 10GB plan, and i'd like to change to the current promotion of $29/month 20GB plan. I'm having difficulty doing this. Please help. thanks

To be honest, not sure if they'll change you to that plan as you're not really "upgrading". Usually they are OK with upgrading if it's a higher dollar value. Take a peek at this plan. $34 a month x 3 on a 90 day plan. So $102 for 3 months and 150GB data bucket.

@mojojojo2929   That plan is for new activations only.  You could try asking customer support if they will let you have it, send a private message here
