I realized that the phone number wasn't ported from the other company because I didn't answer that confirmation text message. I reached out to the old company and was able to confirm.
Now I need help from PM to complete the porting process from the old provider. How can that be done?

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
