trying to update 2 accounts autopay will not take my email accounts that i set them up with

@lesswater11 Check to see if your credit card was charged for one or both the account. If it wasn't.  Wait 50 minutes,  clear your browser history,  go to incognito/private mode and try again . Leave the apartment field blank when entering credit card information . If applicable, enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx -street address .

If Your credit card was charged, contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Can you locate the welcome email, it was also the receipt for the very first payment. Are both emails rejected? They may be different from the community email.
