I recently noticed three different payments on my visa account. We only have two accounts?

Have you contacted your credit card company to confirm these are all actual payments and one is not stuck in pending status? I'd suggest contacting them first and foremost to make sure. Do not in any way reverse the fee as it can affect both accounts. If it's an actual charge, then for sure contact a CS Agent to resolve. Just know this, there have been a few folks over the last few days with the same issues.

first, remove the phone numbers, we don't need it here as we are just customers
are the 3 different payments on different dates? and you have only 2 lines?
