troubles swapping phone plans

looking to change my plan from my 90 day plan to a 30 day plan.

but having an error,

 has anyone else had this problem?

You could get an add-on to tie you over until renewal/change plan to more data. But if you do it a couple times it would get expensive fast.

I don't know what else to suggest. As always and at any time anyone else can chime in. I guess it's to the mods with you. 🙂 It seems to be a computer problem but maybe we've gone through all of those ideas.

I've tried few times over the span of a a couple days.

    I am aware that I will lose the remaining month or so worth of time on the account if I swapped it today, and it's fine. Ran the data dry so just wanted to refresh it before I hit the road again.

So are you trying to do change for future at time of renewal or change now for now?

If now, you may not be aware that you would forego already paid value for the remaining month on the current 90 day plan.

It may indeed be telling the truth...come back later. 🙂 Have you since tried after waiting a while?

No you don't, not as a blanket statement anyway.

If the account is suspended (ie you're past your payment due date, your plan has not renewed and you can't use your phone ) and you want to change plans, then you need moderator assistance.

 

Future dated and immediate plan changes, while the current plan is active, can be done in self serve. If you get an error message, log out, clear your browser cache and use incognito mode of your browser (Chrome has worked for a lot of people.) on your next log-in.

There have also been reports that checking back later has helped.

Maybe try another browser or clear cache/cookies or whatever variation of incognito mode your browser might have.

If you're in suspension then yes refer to mods. If you have autopay and still active then there MIGHT be a problem which would need the mods at that time.
