Subscription plan change trouble

I want to change my subscription plan but it won’t allow me to do so! I’m attempting to change it ‘on the renewal date’.

Whoever this is, thanks for your help.

No matter what I try I can’t seem to change my subscription ‘on my renewal date’. So I’ve changed it by switching subscriptions ‘Now’, which seems to have worked. But it also means that I’ve likely lost 1 weeks worth of prepaid service from my prior subscription. But I don’t have time for all of these difficulties, so I’m just happy to have finally been able to make the change!!

can you try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try making the change again?

if still fails, ask support to schedule the change for you,   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

I currently have the $165.00 plan (for 3 months) with 180 gb and 5g.

I want to change my plan to the $34.00 per month plan with 50 gb and 5g

what plan you have now and which plan you are trying to change to ? do you see the plan on your My Account?
