I dont have the full amount on 1 card, and the process wont allow me to make partial payments. this is ridiculous. If I lose service, I cant call my doctor, i cant call for a cab to the doctor, I dont know if I'll even be able to call for an AMBULANCE. Given my disabled condition thats a huge problem I've never been late paying before, why is there no grace period?

Unfortunately, PM is automated so there will be no grace period.
If you use a credit card, you will pay your CC at a later date and right away.

HI @a1foxes do you meant the system does not allow you to pay an amount lower than your Amount Due amount? What is your amount due ? how much you were trying to pay?
Was it similar to this?

You could try to see if you could obtain a top up with a voucher while you wait until you can get your credit card top up working:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

See if you can have CSA assist you.
