When I go to payment method > manage my payment and try to update credit card info I keep getting “oops something went wrong”. My registered credit card is expired and I do not see any way to update this credit card info!

Try clearing your browser cache and history. Close browser and then open a new window in incognito. Try chrome.

Get a payment voucher at Shell Gas stations or Walmart...then dial 611 to add to your account.
Then deal with cc issue when website stabilizes.
