you can browse the catalogue for available rewards and as long as you have at least 15 points, you can select the $15 bill credit option and voila! It will ask you to confirm your selection so say yes. You should receive an email shortly after as a record of the completion. And your next payment will be $15 less… a great feeling this time of the year. Hope this helps
