How to remove payment method

I am planning to leave public mobile because i am paying almost double after rewards pattern change. 

So how can i remove payment method? I wanna remove my master card permanently.

you might be earning less, but you sure you can save on another provider? earning less rewards still save me more compare with going to another provider

if you decide to go , ask PM to remove the card

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
