Hi there - I can not activate my new account and I can not sign in to my account. I keep being told that my log in credentials are incorrect - when i try to rest the code i am sent via email is also "incorrect". I can not reset credentials via phone number because the account has never been activated. Please help!

I have tried through the app (fresh install) as well as browser and neither has worked. Unfortunately when i try to submit a ticket it asks me to log in, which i can not do...

Another idea is to clear your cache and close the browser. Then try again.

have you been using browser or app?
please use the app to finish the Subscription process. If you have been using app already, uninstall and reinstall it
