I'm having trouble activating a public account because 7 11 does't have account #'s and the account won't transfer with just the imei

Dial *#06# to get the IMEI or go to Settings>General>About.

basically
- select 7-11 Speakout Wireless- use phone number and IMEI or PIN- no confirmation, just a 6 hours later saying they receive the request- around 6 hours process
