I was trying to transfer my phone number from Bell to Public. I made an error in the IMEI number so the transfer did not go through. How do i go back and correct that error or start again?

There is a number to call to talk to live support. You can update them with the correct information and they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
