After returnng from Europe in August, my data stopped working I have  paid for data but do not have access to maps, waze, emam My valid credit card with plenty of available funds has been rejected. I am on a loop with the chatbot and registering a ticket brings me to an error page. Why should I not walk down the street to switch my number to enjoy the freedom of mobility another provider can give me for $19/month?
