My phone got stolen and I do not have the sim card still. I just want to have THE SAME phone number I had before and just transfer it to a new Sim Card for my new phone. I bought an unregistered sim, but when i put in my number it keeps telling me to enter a valid canadian phone number but that’s what i’ve been doing. Is it possible for me to keep my same phone number and just put it in a new sim card?

Yes, just login to your account and go to the Profile Section and click on Change SIM Card so everything will be transferred to the new SIM.

Log in to your account and use the change sim function there. Don't go into the activate link.
