Hey, I subscribed and ported my number over from Roger’s on the 31st. Since then (2days) I have not been able to receive phone calls, they go straight to my voicemail. SMS msg’s don’t seem to be coming in either, iMessage, signal, and other messaging apps work fine over data.
I have no issues making outgoing calls and using data. Call display works properly with my number being shown when calling out. The app is tracking the data usage correctly and does not show any problems.
On top of that tried to submit a trouble ticket but had sign in issues while attempting to put the tick in, but no sign in problems here or with the app, other than had to have the code emailed as incoming sms isn’t working.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, sorry I forgot to add in all the things I had done before getting to this point and added it into a reply down at the bottom of the thread. But thank you for replying.

It sounds like it could be a provisional issue with your SIM. Contact a CS_Agent to reset your SIM.

Just to add to the above, I have done the reply YES to the authorization text and the phone reboot with SIM card out and in. The other 3 phone lines we did at the same time are working fine.
