Hi I am trying to complete my activiation and when I put in my phone number to transfer it says it is not a canadian number even though it is. I am not with Koodo I'm currently with Virgin Mobile and when I try and chat with a live agent I just get disconnected.

Try submitting a ticket with support . Using the chat bubble bottom right of screen.

so I have even tried activating with a new number and then going to self serve and transfer number that way and it says number not eligible for port.

the number is still active with Virgin and it is not a landline.
