hi,
I have an account and a number with public already. Yesterday, I put in a request to port a number from koodo mobile prepaid. I was told I would hear later in a few hours, but haven't heard anything. Can you please help me port my number?

There is an actually a porting support number you can call and talk to live support. Call them and ask them for account status.
