hi, I have an account and a number with public already. Yesterday, I put in a request to port a number from koodo mobile prepaid. I was told I would hear later in a few hours, but haven't heard anything. Can you please help me port my number?
I am not a public mobile customer (I used to be but closed my account a few months ago). Last week, I activated a Koodo prepaid SIM card. There were some issues with activation and I had to try a few times. I recently saw that on my credit card state...
Cellular data is not working with my iphone 6. Phone and message is working fine. I searched the message board and tried changing apn settings, taking out sim card, resetting phone, etc. I think I may need a moderator to help with the issue.
