i ordered an iphone from here yesterday. the money was taken out of my account but i have not received a receipt or notice that this was placed and paid

The order system is pretty bad when it comes to sending out a confirmation after placing an order.
Your best bet at this time is to either use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started or send a private message to CS_Agent

Check your email for your order confirmation. There may have been a delay in recieving the confirmation of your order.
