Just a quick question for the fellow members who ported from koodo. Approximatley how long after porting did it take for your final bill to show on the koodo billing page?

I'm not sure of the billing cycle because I just used the account to get the 224 dollar activation credit on the iPhone SE then cancelled the account the next day. Makes the phone only 410 plus tax and the 10 dollar SIM they force you to buy.

I ported from Koodo one week ago. I don't have my final invoice yet but on the summary page it shows my current final balance of -$16. I am assuming it is negative because I ported 1 week before the end of my billing cycle. What I am unsure of is whether my credit card will receive the $16 credit because on Thursday I received an email from Koodo stating my account has been closed and no credits will be issued even though I have paid in full for the current month of service.
The latest invoice I see online is Oct 2016 but my current balance is -$16.
