I attempted to port my old phone number from Koodo to Public Mobile. Now it seems my Koodo account has been de-activated and I still have the new number Public Mobile gave me.
Is my old number still transferring or has it been lost? (I didn't cancel my Koodo account, I guess it was cancelled automatically).
Messaged mods and contacted support but no response yet (going on 7 days). Any help is appreciated!
