Based on this and past readings, it sounds to me that you go to the final step, but instead of receiveing some type of comfirmation or thank you from Public Mobile, the internet just disconected or the website just stopped working.
When this happens, the first thing to check is whether your credit card was charged, and I know that it was based on what you were saying. When that happens, Public Mobile goes ahead and actually opens and account, the scenerios are likley in which either one or both the self-serve account or actual service (or both don't work).
When activating at an in-store retailer, they don't create the self-serve account for you. You then get a text messaging with a secuirty code and instructions how to create the self-serve account.
With an online activation, the activation system was supposed to that automatically for you. There is a process to create a new account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ . However, that process is dependent on you receiving a text mesage from Public Mobile. I also am not certain if that process would otherwise work since for online activation, it was supposed to already be done.
The other thing that sometimes happens is that Public Mobile fails to provision service to your sim card, a sort-of half activation. If this has happened, this is fixable but the moderators will need to do that.
My instinct tells me that Public Mobile's computer system probably messed up on the self-serve account activation and the service activation as well.

yea if anyone could find me a moderator to reset my new account, that would be great. I had the payment page time-out on me, so I did not get an email.
I've merged these threads together, only to help you more easily find the answers/responses. As @Triguy was saying, Moderator_Team can be contacted using the link that he provided. You'll still need to do that because moderators rarely respond to being tagged. Also, Shazia_K is no longer with Public Mobile.

@reb_chung17 do you mean you ordered the Sim card from public mobile today?

Did you try the forgot password link ?
Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache & cookies the reboot.
If you still have problems contact a moderator.

@reb_chung17 does the phone work ? Did you set up the account online or in store?

Hey @reb_chung17 - You have posted to a rally old topic. It's always best to start a new topic for a new question.
Since your CC was charged, it is likely that your account WAS set up properly. That said, your self serve portal account might not have been set up.
Try creating a new account using the Create Account link on this page. Once youu have access to your self serve, check to make sour that the plan shown is correct, that auto-pay is enabled (if you selected it), and that all information is properly configured.
