ticket access 310021-563

I created a wrong ticket 310021-563 regarding to payment. I cannot access that ticket to say I created 310021-563 by mistake. How to access old ticket

@SarahWei when you go to your message under the ENVELOPE at the top right of the community page, you will see the work INBOX. Hover over that, and you will see SENT. Here are your SENT messages including tickets.

OR just create a new message to CS_Agent and reference that ticket number to tell them.
