oh....that makes sense now after all these years now. I had a former colleague of mine where a bunch of us got laid off. I found a job opportunity for another colleague of mine that wasn't suited for me at all and he got a the position a day-after the lay off. This colleague of mine, i will call him 'Brian,' keep on calling and texting me if I can help him get a job. Well Brian and I have the same skill sets. It got so bad, I must have blocked him. Brian showed up at a pub event the following weeks from the 'day,' and he asked me what's wrong with my phone. Nothing I said. So, he called me, and I did nothing. Somebody else called me, and I picked up. Somehow, I totally forgot one can block numbers.
*Note: I just checked my phone now, it's still blocked. Hmmm, I should be safe to unblock it? Or maybe not!

@JK8 There is no reason to do those things. The problem is with PM. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I've experienced RCS issues lately, where texts were queued, but not delivered until the phone was rebooted.

I am having the same issues along with delayed incoming and outgoing texts. I am a long time customer and nothing on my phone has changed.

Hi @Juliemare ask your daughter to check her phone. She might have accidentally blocked your number... accidents happen. 😁

Hi @Juliemare are you a new customer? Did you transfer your phone number from another provider? It can take up to 7 days if its a voip or landline and up to 3 hours to complete if from a cell provider. When porting you can make calls and send texts immediately. The last thing to complete is receive calls and texts.

If it’s been more than 3 hours and you ported from a cell provider... then your port is probably stuck. You need to contact the moderators to fix it for you.
Two ways to contact the moderators:
It may take up to 48 hrs (hopefully less) to receive a reply from the moderators. Keep an eye on the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.

Things are set up properly. It is weird that I can text my husband and not my daughter. 😉

Do all your other services work? Have you checked their number to make sure it is correct? Have you tried putting a 1 in front?
