You truly have the worst customer service ever. I have owned a cell phone for more than 25 years. I am trying to submit a ticket because I cannot enter my voicemail and cannot even do that.

When that happened to me it was because I'd inadvertently turned off my cell data. Turned it back on and messaging worked again. It's never happened since.

are you existing customers or new? What phone do you have and where you are? Data and voice calls work?
if new customer, make sure you remove the old carrier's sim card or disable the old carrier's esim
and try Reset Network Settings
if you have an Android, uninstall and reinstall Google Message
